SPAGHETTI & GROUND BEEF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
14 oz. spaghetti
1 sm. onion
3/4 sm. mango
2 oz. c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. tomato catsup
3 tbsp. shortening

Put shortening in 6 quart pot. Heat to smoking temperature. Add onion and mango to warm them. Add ground beef; brown it or until done. Add tomato sauce. Simmer a few minutes. Add catsup. Simmer 2 minutes. Add cooked spaghetti. Serves 4 or 5 people.
