3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. water
5 eggs, beaten
1 can condensed milk
1 can regular milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Put the sugar and water in top of double boiler and caramelize over medium heat. When sugar is dissolved and caramel is brown and thick, remove from heat and slowly turn pan until it is well coated. Cool.

Beat eggs in blender, add condensed milk, regular milk (measured in the same can), and vanilla. Continue stirring for 1 more minute. Pour in caramel-coated pan, put this in the double boiler bottom and cook over medium heat, about 1 1/2 hour until mixture is set.
