MOSTACCIOLI AND SAUSAGE 
1 1/2 lb. Italian link sausage
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 (26 oz.) jars pasta sauce, any flavor
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. pkg. Creamette mostaccioli, cooked and drained
2 tbsp. olive oil

In large saucepan, brown sausage. Pour off fat. Add onion and green pepper. Cook and stir until tender. Add pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stir occasionally. Toss hot cooked mostaccioli with oil to coat. Serve with sauce garnished with parsley.
