YELLOW GOOSE NECK SQUASH 
Choose squash about the size of 1/2 dollar. Cut 3 slices bacon into 1/4 inch pieces. Place in skillet over medium heat. Cook until almost crisp, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, wash and slice 2 yellow squash and 1 large onion or 2 or 3 small ones. Add to bacon. Continue to stir-fry until tender. Add 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste.
