GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. water
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. rice

Brown ground beef and onion in oil. Add soup and water. Mix well. Add raw rice and blend thoroughly. Pour into greased casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Then uncover and cover top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 15 minutes more or until tender.
