RITZ CRACKER PIE 
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Mix and bring to boil. Drop in 24 Ritz crackers. DO NOT STIR. Boil 2 minutes. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle cinnamon and pats of butter, then put top crust on and bake at 375 degrees for 35 or 40 minutes.
