FRUIT AND RICE SALAD 
3 c. cooked rice
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, don't drain
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) jar red maraschino cherries, drained and sliced
9 oz. container Cool Whip
3 apples, cored and cubed

Combine cooked rice, pineapple, sugar, and marshmallows in bowl. Toss gently. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Fold in apples, cherries, then Cool Whip. Chill one more hour.
