SWEET AND SOUR PORK STEAK 
2 lb. pork, cut in 1 inch squares
2 tbsp. oil
1 French brown gravy mix
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. honey
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. wine vinegar (red)
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 carrots, sliced thin
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped

Brown pork in oil in large skillet (stir frequently) 15 minutes. Combine gravy mix, water, honey, soy sauce, vinegar and spices. Add to skillet. Cover and cook 20 to 30 minutes. Add carrots. Cook 10 minutes. Add onions and pepper. Cook 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with rice. Serves 4 to 5.
