FESTIVE TUNA PATE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chunk lite tuna, drained and flakes
1 (4 oz.) chopped green chilies with liquid
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. chopped green onion with top

With electric mixer, cream cheese and salt until fluffy. Fold in tuna, chilies, chilies liquid, cheddar cheese, pimento and onion. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours. Serve with crackers.
