"BAKED" SCRAMBLED EGGS 
2 doz. eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. milk
1 c. Half and Half cream
Salt

Mix all in a large bowl, pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-30 minutes. Occasionally stir the cooked eggs from the outside edge toward center. Serves 8.

Note: This is an excellent way to prepare scrambled eggs for a large crowd. This recipe can be doubled and cooked in a roasting pan, allowing a bit more time to cook. Serves 8.
