|TENDER ROUND STEAK|
1 round steak, cut in serving size
Roll steak in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in electric skillet on 300 degrees. When browned, remove meat from skillet, stir about 3 tablespoons flour in oil. Add about 2 cups water; stir well. Add meat, reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add more water if needed.
