FYRSTEKAKE 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Make dough like a pie. Press in pan instead of rolling out. Reserve 1/4 dough for top.

FILLING:

1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. almond paste
1 1/2 tsp. cardamon, ground

Mix well and pour into unbaked crust. Put strips of remaining dough across pie (over filling). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
