FRESH SALSA 
2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes, peeled and seeded
1/2 c. finely chopped onions or scallions
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 to 2 tbsp. finely chopped hot peppers
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Fresh lime juice
1 tsp. salt

Mix drained chopped tomato pulp with onions, garlic, hot peppers, parsley and salt. Add fresh lime juice to taste. Heat can be adjusted by using more or less peppers. Great as a dip for corn chips.
