SUE'S AMBROSIA SALAD 
1 lb. seedless grapes, halved
1 jar maraschino cherries, drained, halved
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. half and half
3 tbsp. sugar
1 container Cool Whip
1 bag miniature marshmallows

1. Mix fruits in large tupperware bowl.

2. Beat egg yolks in saucepan until bubbly. Add half and half and sugar. Cook on medium heat until mixture thickens (2-3 minutes). Let cool. Pour contents of saucepan over fruit. Seal container and chill overnight. Before serving, add 1 container of Cool Whip and 1 bag miniature marshmallows. Stir thoroughly. Chill.
