QUICK SPANISH RICE 
2 c. Minute rice
2 tbsp. sliced onion
3 tbsp. cooking oil
2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunts sauce

Lightly brown rice and onion in oil. Add water, salt, pepper, dry mustard and Hunts sauce. Stir, cover and lower heat. Cook about 10 minutes. Stir again. Remove from heat when rice and sauce has thickened.
