WARM WINTER FRUIT (DESSERT) 
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. white wine
Assorted winter canned fruit, well-drained (chunk pineapple, pears, fruit cocktail, Mandarin oranges, peaches, seedless grapes)

Melt butter. Add brown sugar and cornstarch. Pour in wine. Add fruit. Bake in 350 degree oven to warm through. Serve with a dollop of whipped topping atop.
