MOCHA BAVARIAN 
4 tsp. instant coffee
1-1/2 c. water
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
1/2 of 9 oz. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Dissolve instant coffee in water. Mix sugar, cocoa, gelatin and milk, heat until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat and add coffee and vanilla. Cool until partially set, fold in Cool Whip. Pour into dessert cups and chill.
