Pork tenderloin or veal cutlets
Lemon juice and/or real lemon
Salt and pepper
Tenderize meat. Beat eggs, add salt and pepper. Dip meat into egg mixture, then roll in bread crumbs. Fry meat in hot oil until golden brown. Season with lemon juice and garnish with lemon wedges.
