MRS FILBERT'S POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
2 sticks Mrs. Filberts butter (only)
5 eggs, one at a time
3 c. cake flour, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk

Cream together sugar, Crisco and butter. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add 3 cups of flour, mix. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees or 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
