FRUIT PUNCH FOR 50 
3 c. boiling water
4 tbsp. tea leaves
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 qts. cold water
3 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. lemon juice
3 c. sliced strawberries
2 qts. ginger ale

Pour boiling water over tea, steep 5 minutes. Strain and cool. Pour hot tea over sugar. Add cold water and cool. Add orange juice and strawberries and lemon juice. Add ginger ale. Garnish with orange slices.
