1 c. Bisquick (or self-rising flour)
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 can fruit (I use my own canned pears)
Melt butter in baking dish. Mix Bisquick (or flour), sugar and milk. Add mixture to the butter. Add fruit, but do not stir. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
Note: Blackberries, pears, peaches, any canned fruit may be used.
