GREEN BEANS AU GRATIN 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen french style green beans
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook beans until tender. Melt butter in saucepan; add onion and cook until onions is transparent. Remove from heat; blend in flour and spices. Return to heat, add Worcestershire sauce and heat until bubbly. Reduce heat to low. Add sour cream, stirring constantly until well heated. Do not boil. Add beans to sauce, toss gently until well coated. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Serves 4.
