PRIZE WINNING ROAST BEEF 
4 to 5 lbs. frozen roast
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Foil to wrap meat

Mix soups, adding just enough water to rinse out can. Pour over frozen roast and wrap tightly in foil in baking dish. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. No need to check on it, it'll be tender and juicy. Great for sunday's while your're in church. This makes it's own gravy.
