QUICK SPICY SMOKY CORN CHICKEN SOUP 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. half and half or milk
1 can chicken broth
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 lg. ears of fresh corn (Kernels removed)
1 sm. onion, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. minced cilantro or parsley
1 sm. can of white chicken meat

In medium saucepan, melt butter and saute' onions, stir in flour. Gradually pour in half and half stirring constantly to make a thick sauce.

Stir in broth, red pepper flakes, liquid smoke and corn kernels. Simmer 10 minutes or until corn is cooked, add chicken meat. Garnish with parsley.
