APPETIZER HAM BALL 
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans deviled ham
3 tbsp. chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Bottled hot pepper sauce
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. milk

Blend ham, olives, mustard and pepper sauce to taste. Form in ball on serving dish. Chill. Combine cream cheese and milk. Frost ham ball. Chill. Trim with parsley and serve with assorted crackers. I also decorate with sliced green olives for Christmas!
