FRESH PINEAPPLE APPLE CAKE 
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. peeled tart apples (cubed)

Combine oil, eggs, sugar, pineapple in large bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients, then apples. Bake in greased and floured 10 inch tube pan for 1 hour.

Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top, lightly. Cool 15 to 20 minutes.
