1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour, butter, nuts. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. soft cream cheese

Mix together Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust.

1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 box instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
Remainder of tub of Cool Whip
Grated chocolate and chopped nuts for garnish

Mix together chocolate and vanilla puddings and milk. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip, and sprinkle on grated chocolate and chopped pecans. Very good!
