GUACAMOLE BEAN DIP 
2 med. avocados (soft)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans bean dip
1 lg. bunch green onions & tops
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. can pitted ripe olives
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese, shredded

Peel and pit; mash avocados. Mix lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend taco seasoning, sour cream, and mayonnaise. On large round platter, spread two cans of bean dip, next add avocado mixture on top of bean dip. Top with onions, tomatoes, olives, shredded cheese. Refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.
