UGLY DUCKLING CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pie and pudding filling
16 oz. can fruit cocktail with syrup
1 c. Baker's Angel flake coconut
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil

Blend all ingredients for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured pan. Sprinkle these next ingredients on top of batter: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional). Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Do not under bake. When cake is cool pour butter glaze on top.

Butter glaze: 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup evaporated milk and stir in 1 1/3 cups coconut. Cook 2 minutes.
