HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. paprika, more or less
Pepper and salt to taste
1 lb. pkg. wide egg noodles

Cook noodles according to directions. Meanwhile, in skillet, brown onion in butter until tender. Add ground beef, breaking up chunks. Cook until done. Add mushroom soup and seasonings. Lastly, stir in sour cream. Serve over the hot cooked noodles. Serves 4-6.
