WEIGHT WATCHERS APPLE COOKIES 
1-2 apples, peeled & sliced
Dash cinnamon
Artificial sugar to equal 4 tbsp.
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. dry milk
1/2 c. old-fashioned oats

Put everything in blender except milk, blend until smooth. Spoon stir in milk. Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake 15-20 minutes at 350°F.
