20 - 24 graham crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with graham crackers (1 layer). Melt butter and brown sugar in a medium saucepan until boiling. Boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat. When bubbling stops, stir in chopped pecans.
Spoon over graham crackers, then bake at 350°F for about 8 to 10 minutes. Cool completely, then cut or break into pieces.
