CREAMY CHEESE ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (8.5 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine artichokes, mayonnaise, 1 cup of Parmesan, cream cheese, lemon juice, pepper and garlic into medium bowl. Stir until mixed.

Pour ingredients into baking dish. Sprinkle leftover Parmesan on top.

Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes or until top is brown and bubbly. Serve warm with fresh cut up vegetables and French or rye bread.
