Ham ends
Salt jowl
Salt
Sugar
Pepper
Bacon drippings

Put on your ham ends and salt jowl to cook. Cut up your collard greens and add your cabbage to them. Put your salt to taste; add a little sugar and pepper and bacon drippings. Cook the cabbage and collards together. You will love the taste of these greens.
