SCOTCHEROOS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
5 c. Cheerios (or Special K)
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips

Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and Cheerios. Stir well. Frost with chocolate chips and butterscotch chips melted together. (9"x13" pan.)
