1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. allspice

To fry use 2-3 tablespoons butter.

Pan juice
1 tbsp. flour
