GREEN BEANS & TOMATOES 
2 c. cut green beans
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. canned tomatoes, cut into pieces
1/4 tsp. paprika
Dash of salt

Place green beans in saucepan with boiling salted water to cover and blanch 5 minutes. Drain in colander and refresh under cold running water, set aside. Spray saucepan with Pam, add onion and saute until softened.

Stir in tomatoes and paprika and simmer 5 to 8 minutes. Add beans and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until beans are tender crisp, season and serve. (Measure single servings.) Single serving = 1 cup vegetable.
