|CHINESE BEEF AND PEPPERS|
1 lb. boneless chuck, cut into thin strips
1 lg. onion, sliced (about 1 c.)
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
1 c. green or red pepper strips
1 1/2 c. dry rice
1. Saute beef, onions and garlic in oil until brown.
2. Add ginger, green peppers, bouillon and soy sauce.
3. Bring to a boil, stir in rice, cover and remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
