4 eggs, hard boiled
8 oz. Neufchatel cheese, softened
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Press eggs through a coarse sieve, tea strainer or mash well with a fork. Blend in other ingredients and mix well. Serve as a dip for vegetables or crackers.
