CRUSTY BEEF, CHEESE AND NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 lbs. ground beef
2 lb. jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. very fine noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Seasoned salt

Heat oil; add onion and cook until tender. Add meat and cook until it loses its red color. Add sauce and salt; heat. Arrange half the noodles, half the sauce, and half the cheese in large casserole. Sprinkle with seasoned salt (very lightly).

Make another layer of noodles, sauce, and cheese. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Top should be nicely browned. Serves 8-10.
