WHEAT FLOUR TORTILLA 
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
6 tbsp. water

Mix all ingredients together. Form in a ball; divide into 9 pieces on a lightly floured board, roll out. Cut each in a circle, using a saucer as a guide.

Heat a large ungreased frying pan. Cook each tortilla without overlapping, until dry, turn once. Use immediately for enchiladas or for tacos, bend into a taco shape. Makes 9.
