DIET NO EGG MAYONNAISE 
4 pkgs. sweetener
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk (undiluted)
2 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. corn or safflower oil (more or less)

Combine first five ingredients in blender on whip. Add vinegar then add oil in a slow stream, until mixture thickens and forms a smooth, thick mixture. Put in a clean container and refrigerate.
