FAMOUS NOT FRIED FISH 
8 oz. fish fillets
2 tbsp. malt vinegar
1 oz. dry enriched yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp. paprika, dash cayenne pepper and garlic salt

Sprinkle fish with vinegar on all sides until moisten. Combine remaining ingredients and coat all sides. Place in baking dish and sprinkle any remaining mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 2 servings. Exchanges: 4 P; 1/2 B.
