CREAM CHEESE CANDY 
2 c. pecans
3/4 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Roast pecans in butter for 15 minutes at 350 degrees (stir after 8 minutes). Melt cream cheese over low heat; stir in powdered sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add nuts and cool in buttered cake pan. Place buttered wax paper in bottom of pan. Place in refrigerator overnight. Slice. Store in refrigerator.
