PORK HASH 
2 1/2 lbs. pork rib roast
1 c. celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Sm. bottle ketchup
2 c. broth
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder

Put meat in pot and cover with water. Simmer until it falls apart. Brown onion and celery. Combine other ingredients and pour into pot. Cook slowly for an hour or two. Makes great sandwiches.
