COCONUT ICEBOX PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. frozen coconut
1 pie shell
Whipped cream

Combine sugar, flour, milk and egg. Cook until thickened. Add 1/2 package coconut and vanilla. Pour into prebaked pie shell. When cooled, top with whipped cream and sprinkle remaining coconut on top. Chill before serving.
