CHICKEN AND GRAVY CASSEROLE 
1 lg. oven cooking bag
2 whole chicken breasts (boneless, skinless, split into 4 breasts)

2 CUPS CHICKEN GRAVY:

1 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and set aside.

6 sliced carrots
6 potatoes, cut up
1/2 onion, cut up

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place breast halves in oven cooking bag. Put carrots, potatoes and onions on top of and beside the breasts. Pour gravy mix over all of above. Close oven bag and pierce holes. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
