CHAR SHU PORK 
3 lbs. pork loin or pork butter, cut 1 inch thick

MARINADE:

2 tbsp. soy sauce
6 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. sherry
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. red bean curd
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. MSG
1/4 tsp. Chinese 5 spices
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. grated ginger

Marinate meat overnight in marinade. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes each side. Slice thin.
