OYSTER STUFFING 
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
6 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 pt. raw oysters, chopped (save liquid)
Parsley, snipped
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Milk

Cook bay leaf, chopped celery and onion in 1/4 cup butter until tender. Discard bay leaf. Add bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon parsley to butter mixture; mix thoroughly. Add 2 beaten eggs, the raw oyster, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Add milk to oyster liquid to make 1/4 to 1/3 cup. Add to mixture. Add enough liquid to stuffing to moisten. Makes enough stuffing for 10 pound turkey.
