2 HOUR DINNER ROLLS 
1 pkgs. dry yeast
3 tbsp. melted shortening
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water. Stir in sugar, salt and shortening, then add flour. let set 1 hour in warm place. Work down and make into rolls. Let stand 1 hour; bake at 350 degrees.
